Georgia Business Owners — Be Aware Official-looking emails about Georgia annual renewals may not be from the Georgia Secretary of State. Some companies charge unnecessary fees and try to sell items including labor posters that are available for free from the U.S. Department of Labor. You can file your annual registration directly on the Secretary of State’s website quickly and at a much lower cost.  Verify your status each year before April 1 and file directly through the official state site.
